Situated in a suburb of Bucharest, the plot of land was first intended by its owners to get a small prefabricated summer hut. After studying several construction systems available on the market we finally agreed to have a wooden construction, with drywall partition and compact dimensions. The building process was clean, quiet and fast and the occupants could make use of their house in 3 months since the beginning of works.
