A mountain apart-hotel with 47 apartments, a restaurant, an apres-ski bar and a spa. An existing structure where we have been asked to create a concept which will connect the morphology and the mountain elements with the facades and the interior.
The concept design took in consideration the minerality of the rocks and the verticality of the dense forest:
a concrete groundfloor, the vertical wooden elements and the continuity between interior and exterior. The light is filtered through the wooden elements and enters very deep in the apartments.
The reception is organised together with an apres-ski bar and leads to the restaurant, to the small spa and to ski facilities.
